Chandrapur Vivaah has a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The safety and protection of minors is a top priority for our platform.

Age Requirement

All users must be 18 years or older to register and use Chandrapur Vivaah. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and deleted.

Prohibited Content

• Any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context is strictly prohibited.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is absolutely forbidden on this platform.
• Any attempt to contact or solicit minors will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

Reporting Mechanism

• Users can report any suspicious profiles or content directly within the app using the in-app report feature.
• All reports are reviewed promptly by our team.
• Any confirmed CSAM or child endangerment content is reported to the relevant national and regional authorities.

Legal Compliance

• Chandrapur Vivaah complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in India.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies on any child safety investigations.
• We follow the NCMEC (National Center for Missing and Exploited Children) and applicable Indian law guidelines for reporting CSAM.
