Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for Chandrapur Vivaah digital matrimony registration and membership services purchased through the Platform.

Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are raised within 7 days of payment and before the paid membership has been substantially used for profile viewing, interest sending, chat access or similar member services.
Once membership benefits are activated and used, the registration or membership fee is generally non-refundable because the service is delivered digitally.
If the payment was deducted but membership was not activated, contact support with your registered mobile number, payment date, amount and UPI UTR / payment reference number. We will verify and activate the membership or process an eligible refund.
If duplicate payment is confirmed for the same user and same plan, the duplicate amount may be refunded or adjusted against future membership at our discretion after verification.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment source or verified bank/UPI account within 7 working days after approval.
For manual UPI payments, admin verification of the submitted 12-digit UTR / Reference No is mandatory before membership activation or refund processing.
