Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid digital membership purchased on Chandrapur Shadi, including payment made manually by UPI and verified by the administrator.

Your right to request a refund

You may request cancellation and a refund within 7 calendar days from payment. Send the request from your registered contact details and include your registered mobile number, payment date, amount, 12-digit UTR / transaction reference and reason.

When a full refund will be provided

• A duplicate or excess payment is verified.
• Payment is verified but we cannot activate the purchased membership because of a platform or administrative problem.
• You cancel within 7 calendar days and have not materially used paid features such as viewing contact details, sending interests or using member chat.
• A refund is required under applicable consumer law.

After paid services have been used

If paid membership has been activated and materially used, we may deduct the reasonable value of the service already supplied or decline the refund where permitted by law. This does not limit any right available to you under applicable consumer law for a deficient service.

Manual UPI verification and refund method

• A screenshot alone is not final proof. We verify the UTR / transaction reference against our payment records.
• Approved refunds are sent only to the original payment source or to a bank/UPI account verified as belonging to the payer. We do not issue cash refunds or refund to an unrelated third party.
• We will initiate an approved refund within 7 working days. Your bank or UPI provider may take additional time to credit it.
• We will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN or banking password to process a refund.

पैसे भरल्यापासून 7 दिवसांच्या आत परताव्याची विनंती करता येईल. तुमचा नोंदणीकृत मोबाईल नंबर, भरलेली रक्कम, पैसे भरल्याची तारीख आणि 12 अंकी UTR / Reference Number WhatsApp किंवा ईमेलवर पाठवा. एकाच नोंदणीसाठी दोनदा पैसे भरले असतील, पैसे भरूनही सदस्यत्व सुरू झाले नसेल किंवा पात्र परतावा असेल तर तपासणीनंतर पैसे परत केले जातील. परताव्यासाठी आम्ही कधीही UPI PIN किंवा OTP विचारणार नाही.
