Chandrapur Vivaah provides digital matrimony registration and membership services. No physical goods are shipped, so physical returns, exchanges and doorstep returns are not applicable.
If you paid for a membership and there is an issue with activation, duplicate payment, wrong plan selection or incorrect payment proof, please contact support within 7 days with your registered mobile number and payment reference details. Eligible refund or adjustment requests will be handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Membership access, profile discovery, interest requests, chat access and other digital services cannot be returned after they are activated and used. Any approved refund will be processed after payment verification.
