If you paid for a membership and there is an issue with activation, a duplicate payment or a cancellation request, contact support within 7 calendar days with your registered mobile number and payment reference details. Eligible requests will be handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Digital services cannot be physically returned. A refund may still be available in the circumstances listed in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and where required by applicable consumer law.
