These terms govern use of chandrapurshadi.com, its mobile website and application (the “Platform”). Chandrapur Shadi is operated by Ketan Natthuji Parkhi, legal proprietor. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.
Chandrapur Shadi is a self-service technology platform where eligible users create matrimonial profiles, search for profiles and communicate with potential matches. The Platform provides digital listing, discovery and communication tools.
We do not provide personalised offline mediation, home visits, marriage negotiations, background investigations, wedding organisation or any guarantee of a match. We do not conduct ceremonies, exchange money or dowry, or make decisions on behalf of users or families. Any communication, meeting, verification, engagement or marriage decision is made independently by the users and their families.
Profile information is mainly supplied by users. Unless expressly stated, we do not independently verify identity, age, marital status, family, address, income, education, employment, health, criminal history or other claims. Before relying on a profile or meeting anyone, you and your family should independently verify the person and information, meet in a safe public place and use appropriate professional or official checks.
Never send money, disclose an OTP/PIN/password, or share sensitive documents merely because another user asks. Report suspected fraud, harassment, impersonation or unsafe behaviour through the Platform or support contact.
Registration or paid membership provides access to Platform features only. It does not guarantee responses, compatibility, a suitable match, engagement or marriage. Search results and suggestions are informational and are not professional or personal advice.
You remain responsible for the profile, photos, messages and documents you submit. You permit us to host, display and process that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Platform and as described in the Privacy Policy.
You must not post illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or deceptive content; solicit dowry; harass users; scrape data; advertise unrelated products; misuse contact information; infringe another person's rights; or use the Platform for fraud, prostitution, trafficking or any unlawful purpose. We may review reports and restrict, suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these terms or applicable law.
The current membership price, validity and included features are shown before payment. Manual UPI payment requires submission and verification of the correct 12-digit UTR / Reference Number. A screenshot alone does not prove payment. Membership is activated after payment verification. Keep your receipt or transaction record.
Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, including the 7-day request period and rights available under applicable consumer law.
Matrimonial profiles are intended to be discovered by other eligible users. Review your privacy choices before uploading information. Do not upload Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, medical records or other documents to public profile fields. Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Send complaints with the profile/content link, reason and supporting information to the contact below. We may ask for information needed to verify and resolve the complaint. Urgent reports involving impersonation, intimate imagery, child safety, threats or immediate danger should be clearly marked “URGENT”; users should also contact the appropriate police or emergency authority where necessary.
We aim to keep the Platform available and secure, but temporary interruption, errors or unauthorised conduct by a user may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform owner is not responsible for a user's independent statements, conduct, meetings, relationship decisions or transactions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update the Platform or these terms when reasonably required and will publish the updated date. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. These terms are governed by Indian law, and courts having lawful jurisdiction in Maharashtra will hear disputes. Statutory consumer complaint rights remain available.
